Thank you for shopping with Vintuna Crafts. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Returned in their original packaging where possible
Complete with all accessories supplied

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products while they are in their possession.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), or proof that they have been shipped back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where required under applicable Danish and EU consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless they are faulty or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Danish and EU consumer law.
